I had a great experience with North Canton Collision. I will admit, I was a little concerned whether they would be able to make the paint on my hood match the rest of my vehicle. When I picked my truck up it was a flawless match. I was very impressed with how quickly they turned it around and how good of a job they did. I would definitely use them again.

I can’t speak highly enough of this repair shop. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door special thank you to Kelley at the front office for being so responsive to all of my questions and Jon for helping me with a rental car for a few days. If you need your car fixed this is the only place to go in town. They are fair, honest, and detailed. My car looks brand new againThank you! -Kelsie

Shawn, the manager, was very knowledgeable and got my BMW in immediately and took excellent care of me. John also answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. I have never had any accidents or insurance claims so when I had to start looking into a collision repair, it was intimidating. North Canton Collision was amazing and got me back into my car even faster then anticipated! Highly recommend!

Was looking for a reputable repair shop and was recommended North Canton collision by Sarchione Chevrolet. I found out they have a great team there that appears to excel in all areas. Communication throughout the repair process was on point. They had answers to every question I tossed their way. Their initial deadline for my truck was so quick I got curious enough to ask about their process. From what I was told it seems as if they’re a well-oiled machine. I truly believe the only reason I did not get my truck back in that initial time frame was due to SEVERAL parts being on back order. Overall, I’m thrilled to have my truck back and NCC did a fantastic job. Highly recommended them to anyone for any sort of repairs.
